Bedroom one

Bedroom one has a really good quality king-size bed, bedside tables with side lights, bedside rugs, double wardrobe, full length mirror, alarm clock/radio, iron and small ironing board and hair dryer. Cotton bedding and towels are provided.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a full size bath with a shower over, heated towel rail, mirror and cupboard. All towels are provided.

Porch

There is a single built in seat in the porch. This is a useful place to keep fishing rods and beach stuff.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge with a 3* freezer compartment, electric oven and four plate hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cafetiere, cookware, crockery, cutlery etc..

Lounge/dining room

The dining area has a dining table and two chairs. The lounge area has a comfortable three seater sofa, side table with light and nest of tables. There is a “Smart TV”. In addition to the usual TV stations you will be able to watch BBCi Player, Netflix, Amazon etc., so remember to bring your log-in details.

Linen

Cotton bedding and towels are provided. You need bring nothing with you.

Parking

Sand Martin does not have a free allocated parking space. Many of our guests drive to the apartment to drop their bags and then park in The Mill Pool Car Park, which is the simplest solution. You will be able to pay for the week with your mobile phone or pay online before you arrive. You can then come and go as often as you like. This is a very secure car park with no reported car crime in the last 20 years. It also has the huge advantage of you not having to drive down the crowded Fore Street trying to move the visitors out of the way.

Notes on accommodation

The apartment has gas central heating and free WiFi. Although there is no outside space there is a long bench by the RNLI and seats on the prominade where our guests often sit for that cup of coffee or glass of wine. The apartment is non-smoking and pet free.

Access

There are 12 outside granite steps to the front door. From the bottom of the steps Looe beach there are no obstacles with a ramp leading to the sand.
