There is a fully fitted well equipped kitchen with a dish washer, washer/dryer and a microwave. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed and a log effect gas stove located in the old fireplace. The whole property has a Cornish slate floor and slate window cills with wooden Georgian sash windows and the original solid door. There is central heating throughout, a telephone free for National and local calls, free broadband Wi-fi and Freeview television. The sandy beach is less than a minutes level walk.

Kitchen: The brand new fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, a fridge with a freezer compartment, electric oven and a gas four plate hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, cookware, crockery, cutlery etc. .
Lounge/dining room: The dining area has a dining table and four chairs. The lounge has a really comfortable large sofa bed, side table with light, coffee table, TV with Freeview and a DVD player, portable radio/CD player, wall lights, log effect gas stove placed in the old fireplace and fireside rug. Feature walls showing the ancient stone work.

Parking: A sea front parking space for one car is included in the price.
Notes on accommodation: The whole apartment has a Cornish slate floor, gas central heating, free broadband Wi-fi and a telephone that is free to use for local and national calls. The hallway is one meter wide and there is a small step by the wide front door to the alleyway outside. The sandy and safe beach can be reached in less than a minute crossing a small street by the Lifeboat Station. The apartment is non-smoking.
