Q. Is there any outside space?
A. There is no outside space. Most of the locals wander down to the beach for sunshine.

Q. How far is the nearest sandy beach?
A. Less than one minutes walk.

Q. How far to the nearest good shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes?
A. About two minutes walk.

Q. Is there parking?
A. A sea front parking space for one car is included in the price.

Q. Is the parking space available before 4 pm?
A. Sorry no. It is used by our housekeeper up till then.

Q. How long does it take to walk from the Railway Station?
A. Just under fifteen minutes.

Q. Is the apartment suitable for someone with a mobility issue?
A. The apartment is on the ground floor and has wide doors throughout. There is only a tiny doorstep and wheelchair access to the beach is easy. There is a walk in shower, raised approximatly 15cm above the ground and a full size bath. Plug sockets are raised off the ground.
